To order, simply click 'add to cart' in the 'shop' pages and follow the instructions.  Orders are automatically processed by PayPal for secure payment.  Isabee does not hold any of your debit/credit card information and will not pass on any personal details (such as your email address) to third parties.

For orders within the UK, a handling charge of £5.45 Stirling is automatically added to each complete order (not per item!).  Additional charges will apply to orders sent further afield.

If you do not want to pay online we are happy to accept a cheque in the post.  Just email us from the contact page or write to us with your order and we will get back to you with the total (including postage).  Isabee, 39 Truro Road, London N22 8EH.

We aim to post your items within 2-4 days of ordering.  All orders will be sent first-class.

Sizes of items may vary slightly, as may colours (which will also vary a bit according to the screen they are being viewed on!).

If, by any chance, an item is out of stock we will contact you and try and offer an alternative or let you know how long it will take to get that item for you.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.  Please return the item to us within 7 days of receipt.  Please email us giving the reason you are returning it, and whether you would like an exchange or refund.  Please return the item via recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.  Items are returned to Isabee at your own expense, however we will send your exchange back out to you by recorded delivery at no extra charge.  We aim to process your refund credit, cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 7 days of us receiving the goods.

Please note, we are unable to refund an item without proof of purchase and if it is not in the original condition it was sent out to you.

Isabee takes no responsibility and will not be liable for any damage or loss as resulting from any improper use of any item available on this website, or any damage or loss resulting from any accidental act when using an item available on this website in a way considered to be its proper use.  Where liability for a claim is considered to be that of Isabee, the claim shall not exceed the price paid to Isabee for the item relevant to the claim.
